SUMMARY:Indian cooking class with Garema Srivastav
DESCRIPTION:Spicy\, rich\, flavourful and diverse are terms that are frequently used to describe Indian food. All these words are apt to be correct for a good reason. Authentic Indian cuisine consists of a variety of traditions and regional flavors\, ingredients\, which are given by the vast land\, diverse soil\, climate\, ethnic groups\, religions and historical events.  \nIn our Indian cooking class\, we will explore some highlights of the northern regions of India. Food from the north usually comes with thick\, rich and delicious gravies and you can find chillies\, saffron\, yogurt\, paneer\, ghee among the ingredients. Meals tend to be heavy and elaborate…perfect for cold winter days. \n \nDuring the class you will learn the secrets of the famous chicken tikka masala curry or tofu variant for our vegetarian friends\, flat bread (paratha) and tandoori mushroom tikka skewers. \n \nOur chef\, Garema Srivastav is an avid home cook who loves experimenting with cuisines from across the world in her kitchen but Indian food is her absolute favourite.
