Join us as we venture out to walk a trail around Gwanak Mountain in Seoul. The mountain gets its name from its shape. Gwanak\, in Korean\, means ‘hat-shaped’. Therefore\, Gwanaksan means ‘hat-shaped peak’.We will be taking the trail all the way to the Rockcarved Buddha and back and also visiting Nakseongdae park. Authentic Indian cuisine consists of a variety of traditions and regional flavors\, ingredients\, which are given by the vast land\, diverse soil\, climate\, ethnic groups\, religions and historical events.  \nIn our Indian cooking class\, we will explore some highlights of the northern regions of India.
