Designed exclusively for SIWA members, this 90-minute workshop offers a quiet sanctuary from Seoul’s fast pace. Moving beyond traditional floristry, it brings together the refined discipline of Ikebana and the emotional insight of Hana Therapy—inviting you to engage with flowers not just as art, but as a gentle pathway toward clarity, presence, and inner balance. No prior experience is required.

As we take time to care for ourselves, we also extend that care outward.
All income generated from this workshop will go toward advancing the impact mission of one of SIWA’s valued charitable partners, supporting underserved communities and creating space for healing beyond ourselves.

Workshop Highlights

• Hana Therapy Diagnostic: A guided psychological exercise to select spring blooms that subconsciously align with your current emotional needs.
• The Art of Ikebana: Learn foundational Japanese techniques using authentic, provided tools (Hana-Basami shears and Kenzan pin frogs).
• Mindful Immersion & Reflection: Create a bespoke arrangement in a restorative environment, concluding with a gentle group reflection on what your design reveals about your inner landscape.
• Take Your Healing Home: Keep your curated, market-fresh spring flowers to continue your mindfulness practice at home.
