SIWA exclusive Cultural Experience- July Onggi Concert

 

We are delighted to invite SIWA members, their families, and friends to an exclusive SIWA private session of the July Onggi Concert.

The July Onggi Concert is an immersive Korean traditional music performance that combines the beauty of pansori with authentic Korean cultural experiences.

Held at Gwangmudae in Dongdaemun, Seoul, this intimate performance is designed especially for international audiences. An English-speaking docent will introduce the stories behind the performance, making it easy to appreciate the music and its cultural significance.

Following the concert, guests will have the opportunity to experience traditional Korean instruments, meet the performers, and enjoy Korea’s warm hospitality in a unique cultural setting.

📌Date: July 16, Thursday, 2026, at 4:00 PM 
📌Venue: Art Creation Studio Maru (Gwangmudae), 9F, Dongdaemun Shopping Complex New Wing (Building N). A 5-minute walk from Dongdaemun Station (Lines 1·4), Exit 9.
📌Duration: Approximately 2 hours

 

📌Admission: Complimentary (regular ticket value: approximately  $100/person)
