Have you ever walked away from a conversation and replayed it over and over in your mind? Wondered if you should have spoken up? Or if you spoke too much ? Felt like everyone else seemed more confident than you? Or worked harder and harder, yet still felt it wasn’t enough?

These experiences are surprisingly common—especially when living, working or raising a family across cultures. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the automatic mental patterns that influence our confidence, decisions and relationships, without us even noticing. You’ll discover why these inner voices exist, how they try to protect us, and how becoming aware of them is the first step towards responding with greater calm, confidence and choice.

Join fellow SIWA members for an interactive 90-minute session with Benedicte Franchot, a trained and certified Positive Intelligence coach, exploring the “self-saboteurs” that can influence our confidence, decisions, relationships, and everyday lives.

Why attend?
Because the most challenging conversations aren’t always the ones we have with other people. They’re often the ones we have with ourselves. Understanding those inner voices is the first step towards responding with more calm, confidence and clarity—in our relationships, our work and our daily lives.

Participants will complete a personal Saboteur Assessment, receive guided interpretation of their results, and gain practical insights for responding with greater awareness, calm, and confidence. No previous coaching experience is needed.
