TK Rojales brings a strong, systems‑oriented background to SIWA, focusing on optimizing processes to better serve the community. Raised in the United States, TK holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University..

TK’s career centers on making systems work for people—implementing process improvements, enhancing quality, and delivering financial value. She has worked across diverse settings, including General Electric, hospital systems of various sizes, and nonprofit organizations. She is also an active volunteer locally and internationally, supporting underprivileged women and children and championing women in STEM.

In 2025, TK stepped into the role of SIWA’s Director of Administration, Website, and Membership. She is excited to use her technical expertise to support SIWA’s leaders and community so they can pursue the organization’s mission.

TK divides her time between Korea and the United States and enjoys nature photography, hiking, travel, and learning about other cultures.
