Festive Winter Luncheon at the Four Seasons Hotel
Join us to celebrate the upcoming holiday season with a festive lunch hosted at Boccalino at Four Seasons Hotel. Marco Erba, the Italian head chef brings his passion for food to table with a contemporary portrayal of southern Italian home cooking with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
You can enjoy a delicious 3 course meal with rich flavors of burrata cheese in the starter, roasted chicken with saffron mashed potatoes as a main dish and finish off with a creamy and refreshing panna cotta.
For our vegetarian members, the chef will prepare tomato salad with balsamic pearls, followed by fresh fusilli with eggplant and tomato sauce and a fresh fruit platter with sorbet to be served at the end for the sweet taste notes.
